This project consist in the building of an extension of the apartment located on the ground flour of a 3 apartments building.

The extension is made in the backyard, by creating a connecting volume between the main building and an existing annexe located on the right backside of the terrain.

​

The new volume is completely transparent, with a flat roof, and is an extension of the actual kitchen. The backyard existing annexe beocmes the parents bedroom with a new bathroom.

​

The apartment now offers 5 bedrooms.
